Return Policy



You may return most new items with tags still attached, odor and pet hair-free, within 14 days of delivery for full store credit. Packages must be postmarked within the 14 day period. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). To return an item, simply email orders@2shadesboutique.com for instructions. All Sale or clearance items are final sale.



Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a credit in the amount of the returned items. If you return an item outside of the 14 day window, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit if returned within 30 days, and a 50% restocking fee if returned between 31 and 60 days. All other returns will be donated and no credit will be given.



All store credits will expire after one year.
